Week 4: June 3oth - July 4th (31 hours - 165/180 total hours)
The week before this I was absent due to being out of town. This week was less eventful than previous weeks, partly due to the fact that I was sick at the beginning of the week and as such missed an entire day. However once I fully returned to work, things seemed to be relatively calm. I went back to my normal routine of filming and editing videos of the local area.
One notable thing I did this week was assist the PAC 14 staff with covering a fourth of july event at a local high school. During this event I was responsible for gathering footage of the different attractions that were set up. Once the sun had gone down, I transitioned to gathering footage of the fireworks show that was being set off. I gained enough video footage that I would go on to spend a significant amount of time editing what I captured into two different videos. Overall I think this week provided me with some good field experience and showed me what it was like to cover events with a lot of different functions and a lot of people in attendance.
