About Me

Hello everyone and welcome to my professional webfolio! My name is Riley Barr and I am a media production student at Salisbury University. I have experience producing digital video content in studio, broadcast, academic, and therapeutic environments. I also have a strong background in filming, editing, and visual storytelling using both traditional production tools and AI video technologies. In the past I have collaborated  with clients to translate real-world work into compelling visual media, and meet production deadlines. I am currently working as an intern at PAC - 14, a local public access station in Salisbury, MD where I work to produce videos for their channel.

SKILLS:

Some of my skills include video editing, cinematography, sound design, and script writing. Recently I worked for a therapy company called InBalance Studios where I produced 18–20 professional digital videos for a therapy practice serving children and adolescents. I filmed and edited content featuring therapy dogs demonstrating cognitive skill-building and play therapy techniques. I also managed full production workflow: camera setup, lighting design, audio capture, and post-production editing. I am very skilled with using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Avid. I have used both of them on multiple occasions to edit videos for professional, academic or personal projects. I have also worked with some new AI video technologies such as Hedra.AI, Kling.AI, and Sora.
