Week One: June 1st - June 5th

During my first week at PAC 14, I learned a lot of the basics surrounding the stations equipment, media content, and video editing software. Once I had gotten accustomed to using their tools, I was given the opportunity to go out and produce my own short videos that would then be selected to air on the PAC 14 channel.

At first I was directed to do specific assignments by my supervisor, such as creating a station ID video as well as a video dedicated to nature. Once I had proven capable enough to use their equipment I was given more freedom to choose the subject matter for subsequent videos which I produced. For the rest of that week I worked on videos focused on the wildlife of Salisbury as well as a visual guessing game where viewers have to figure out which place was being filmed in the video.
